Cardenal Mendoza brandy Non Plus Ultra is a solera gran reserva brandy from Spain. In commemoration of their bicentenary, Sanchez Romate Hnos. thought of "Cardenal Mendoza" to celebrate it. This brandy came to light in 1981. There are very limited amounts of this precious brandy and because of this a very small number of people are fortunate enough to gain access to it. To see, smell and to taste Cardenal Mendoza Non Plus Ultra brandy is to open a door into history. Cardenal Mendoza Non Plus Ultra is presented in an exclusive handcrafted glass decanter. Appearance is very dark mahogany, luminous, transparent, gleaming and exciting. Aroma is very round, clean, elegant, distinguished, old oloroso, with hints of raisins and plums. Taste is perfectly balanced, warm, very smooth, with traces of old mahogany and has a long after taste.
