Larios 1866 is a solera gran reserva brandy from Spain and is elaborated from white grapes of the Airen variety. Larios 1866 is fermented without the addition of "sulfuroso". The resulting Brandy Solera Gran Reserva is distilled by means of a discontinuous process in copper stills "alquitara" using direct fire with dry oak firewood. Only the best part of the distillage is used for Larios 1866 brandy and the rest is rejected.
Color is mahogany.
Aroma is clean, fruitish and sweet.
Flavor is slight candy, less warm than cognac with dry fruits.
