Codorniu cava Non Plus Ultra is a Cava from Spain. This cava was launched in honor of the Regent Queen Maria Cristina of Austria who in 1897 granted Codorniu with the title of "Official Provider of the Royal House". In addition to the traditional blend of the Non Plus Ultra, this cava has a touch of Chardonnay, which gives it a more modern, balanced and sparkling style.
