Fino Quinta is clean and has a bright yellowish straw color. This Jerez sherry is sharp and has penetrating aromas with a hint of herbs and straw. It is very dry and has a slightly saline palate which starts off as a nutty flavor blending into a long pleasantly bitter finish.
