Fino San Patricio Jerez sherry has a pale gold yellow color and is very bright. It has an elegant bouquet and is prickly and almondy. It is very dry, vigorous and balanced, with powerful, distinguished aromas on the palate. Fino San Patricio is long and full of flavor.

Tradition says Saint Patrick rested in the ancient vineyard used to make this sherry on his way to Rome. In 1780, William Garvey from Waterford settled in Jerez, Spain, and began shipping the local brew called Jerez sherry under the name Fino San Patricio. The Garvey family still operates in Jerez and the Irish flag flies over three of their Jerez sherry cellars.
