Zacapa Centenario rum XO 25 Years is a rum from Guatemala. This rum has a chestnut amber hue. This rum has a leathery, tobacco and charred molasses aroma. A rich entry leads to a full bodied, moderately sweet palate of tobacco, burnt caramel, oak and brown spice elements. Zacapa Centenario is a seriously structured and refined aged rum. Reminiscent of a fine Spanish brandy but as a rum. Zacapa Centenario XO has received a gold medal in 2002 from the International review of Spirit Award.
