Since 1887, the date of its creation, Charles Clement Cuvee works out its rum in the purest tradition and abiding by the rules inherited from its founders. The "Rum agricole" Charles Clement is produced using direct distillation of the pure fermented sugar cane juice and following the strict set of the new rum rules of the AOC "Appelation d'origine controlee".
