Flor de Cana rum Gran Reserva 7 Years is a rum from Nicaragua. This rum is aged 7 years. It is warm orange, caramel and has a vanilla wafer nose. This rum is sweet with smokey tastes of oak, melon, and pears and is pepper and orange on the finish. It has a deep amber color, burnt caramel, straw, and has peppery spice aromas. This rum has a round entry that leads to a dryish medium bodied palate with dark caramel, toasted nuts, and cane stalk and pepper flavors. The rum finishes with a drying mineral and lightly tannic toasted coconut fade and has a dry reserved style.
