Herradura Reposado is a tequila from Mexico. This tequila is medium yellow, medium bodied, dry and has reminiscent lemon, honey, grass and vanilla taste. This tequila is soft and has a smooth texture. Citrus is key on the palate. This tequila has a smooth wooden flavor with accents of agave and it enjoys the fame of being the first Rested Tequila that also conquered the connoisseurs worldwide. This tequila has warm brown spice elements that add depth, richess and a long finish. Herradura Reposado is aged for 11 months which is one month short of making it an anejo. It is the longest aged Reposado in the industry. Herradura Reposdo is kept in smoked white oak barrels for 13 months, although it is literally an aged tequila, it is sold like "Rested". Herradura has been producing it for 24 years. It is 100 percent pure agave tequila.
